They give good salary to people as compared to industry standard, they give increment too if you're capable

Dislikes

There is no job security. They would treat you good if you're a fresher or junior but if you are here for senior position, or they've increased your salary, they will make your life hell. They will expect you to do anything and everything, the role and KRAs keep changing every other day, alot of blame game, micromanagement obsession, will ask you to do different tasks in different meetings and once you do it, they will ignore it and scold you for another task which you were supposed to do. Job security is not there, on one day you're ceo of company, on other day you would be thrown out without any notice or fault They'll keep on hiring new people new interns in hope of backup once they throw you out.
