Salary hike is very poor, where in a new employee gets a decent hike of 30+% and the employee working from years won't even get 10% properly, it would be really good if employee gets a decent yearly hike like around minimum 20%

I like about the work environment

Dislikes

As I observed they do not promote employees who has worked from last 6- 7 years. Previously salary structure of this company was great but now they dont pay upto the mark.

Good in terms of job security

Dislikes

Bad appraisals and salary and benefits, poor promotions and band progressions, maintainance of work flow tool kills productivity and makes your 9 hours shift upto 12hours.

People are helpful. Environment is very employee friendly. There are many benefits to employee in terms of salary and facilities

Dislikes

Work is very slow hence hands on experience suffers and you have to prove your competence to get work rather than work given to you.

Free transport ,Good salary , goodies, team outing , Good learning in some teams , no much politics All are friendly and helpful since they are here since years

Dislikes

Actually IJP not so easy here , u can't switch technology easily
