Dislikes

Not every senior in this company possesses the necessary skills. They may attempt to complete their work with your assistance and fail to acknowledge your contributions. The director of this company places unwavering trust in his longstanding employees but remains skeptical of new, skilled employees, regardless of their honesty. He may also disregard your input entirely. The director seems to view employees as subordinates rather than team members. Additionally, the management is ineffective. Both the management head and the director lack the ability to allocate task among employees efficiently. During recruitment, they may portray the company as expansive, yet it is quite small and operates, yet it is quite small and operates under the name of IBM. This company lacks its own distinct identity and is overall ineffective. If you're interested in pursuing a career in AI/ML and Data Science, I would not recommend starting with this company. You might feel that your learning has plateaued and that you are becoming stagnant in the field of AI/ML at this company.

Worst company a person a person can every work in.

Dislikes

Everything is dislikable office to Boss. Mr. Nanda is very good to you in beginning when you enter but he's clearly a psychopath and doesn't want to hear no, he yells and go mads on minor inconvenience. We are not his servants he has hired us as professionals but doesn't know how to keep and treat professionals.
