...y gave leave other week days and 3rd sunday and last Sundays working compulsory. We want emergency leave in month end that hr told, you releive and dont come hereafter to this offz and he hold salary. Without notice period he says suddenly stop and dont come and they don't give Any experience certificate and relieving letter.

In my process Average Work pressure only. And monthly 20 days only we r working another 10 days simply sitting and playing . Tam Leaders are Friendly.. I really Miss

...10hrs working..so it's difficult for long distance candidates and no incentives. only salary credi.

Good company environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

I work in all set business solutions for 1.5 years, Hr name vijay best character ever friendly character i wish u get the best hr ever and the manager name muthu he is one of the character ever some people said he is an arrogent but no personal most supportive person ... Ever asked for the results if you did well you get more apprisal.. yearly once you get apprisal, some personal reasons so i releave the office

the time schedule is really terrible once they tells one time schedule then they started to behave like really different. giving late logouts forcing us to login early and there is no proper facilities to work.sundays are working. and there more presser than other companies . when we achieve the target they are forcing to do more. and
