My self balaji Who is seeing this place read completely I learnt lot of things in my offers how to manager team how to be in corporate culture an overall is good especially my team manager Sandeep is very good team manager he will be teaching teaching who should handle the team and manage the management Target was not completed means want to extend the shift And IJP(internal job posting opportunities) is were low out of 10 position only 2 will be selected from IJP rest of 8 will be selected from outside we can't expect the ijp Salary based very less thay will not consider senior or fresser for every one same salary I worked for 2.7 years no salary hick and employees will not get any insurance and support from the management (Casual leave and sick leave is based on team leader we want beg I have 36 unused leaves when I leaving the organisation) Only the good thing is employes will get sales on time of every month Just we should work we should not expect anything

Everything is k in allsec like environment team leaders and mates. Easy to mingle . Shift timings etc...nothing more about to say

Dislikes

Salary is poor . No hike at all. No career growth. Politics plays a major role . Sudden overtime pay was not good for that . No proper training . No proper week off

It was a wonderful journey working with well supportive team and organisation was really good to work and gain skills

I don't like the thing is the pay scale is very low and no incentives for some process

Everyone was supportive especially My Team lead Vivek who's currently promoted as Manager in same company supported me a lot even colleagues were so supportive and helpful.

Salary should be increased other than that everything seems to be fine n good.
