Pathetic organization I never thibk about work culture of the company and worst management i just wanted to say this is the worst place to work zero knowledge outed non licencing product's they are using Tamil language team meetings. Non Tamil person will get screw very badly if anyone performed his duties honestly he will get terrible response from otger team mate overall experience of this company sucks i quite Midway so stubborn people in management as well no exit meeting from HR nor from HR useless HR team

Everything is bad 6 days working for 13-14 hours and sunday 7 day also expect to work without pay. Its a worst BPO organization

... with the current pandemic situations. One will find 100% job security for sure. However, it needs to make some improvement regarding its salary structure, benefits and HR/leave policies. More flexibility needs to be brought for inter process migration or IJP.

Everyone was supportive especially My Team lead Vivek who's currently promoted as Manager in same company supported me a lot even colleagues were so supportive and helpful.
