No timely salary. Backbiting culture prevail very much. No appraisal in work. No budget making full economy running like a life of rickshaw puller.

The worst school in India. Management are indebted, teachers are not getting salary on time ever. Once they had 1400 students now they had only 600. Don't spoil your career to join Allons.

Salary not on time ever. Teaching start from 6:30 am and ends on 11.00 pm. No family life. Remote location. No medical facility in side or outside. No conveyance facility from the school in even in emergency.

It's a great experience Working here since 2009 ...management is very cooperative , staff is also very good and supportive..

There is a little politics in employies as it is common in every workplace.

When counting pros of course Job security comes at the top.And the list is like : ample scope of innovation, challenges to grow , use of technology in education and the best one was least workplace politics. I miss my 1st batch of 10th & all the students of the 1st school of my career as a teacher.

Dislikes

Though it's greatly beneficiary for health, personally I have a fobia of getting up early and the idea of going to attend the morning study hour @5:30 am in chilly winter still haunts me.

Far from the madding crowd, a beautiful school campus surrounded with lush green environment. Best place to learn through teaching. facilities for teachers - Free food and accommodation. Healthy and pleasant environment for those who self content and who aspire to work for the country.
