They forced me to join the organization. They threaten me to join the organization inspite of severe covid in my location and work location

Dislikes

Compensation is not as per table. Growth is as per managers wish. There is no proper appraisals or methods to get to know hike or promotion. There is no on job training for freshers hence senior folks like me need to guide them from bottom level, which is never recognized.

My first tellecalling job at Allnet Business solution, i learned how to talk to customer, mine pricess is dialler,continue call.
