Nothing is there to like the liars and fraud people in the management in Allites

Dislikes

Mr. Muthu & Mr.Pratibha are the biggest liars in the company. They will deduct TDS from the salary and will never give you Form-16 and after the end of financial year they will say the company is in bad condition and will cry in front of you that we will give you the deductions in cash. Then they will stop picking up your calls unless you call them from other number. Don't even think of joining these liars as they will always cheat you in terms of financially. 60% of their team is out because they haven't paid them the salary.

Never experienced such a worst behaviour from the Owner of the company and I haven't been paid my Salary and expenses around ₹150000 Lakh even during the lockdown period where I suffered a lot because of them. They purposefully ask to resign at the month end to avoid giving salary and settlement to any employee who worked with. No courtesy, No Humanity,. Highly not recommended.
