Self entered egoistic CEO Richard and his 2 clowns run this circus. Everything in this company is a lie and scam. Horrible toxic environment. Do not trust the good reviews and ratings on Glassdoor, its all misleading and done by fake accounts. HR is only busy monitoring the employees LinkedIn accounts and checking their bathroom breaks. No culture, ethics, transparency, no flexibility or growth or learning. This company doesn't offer you anything other than mental and emotional trauma. Not to even mention any work life balance. Anyone here works only to meet their financial troubles and family issues and that's why they always chose a candidate who is desperate for the job like someone how has been laid off or lost job due to other reasons. They don't even give a hike while joining and will destroy your existing skills too. Highly manipulative person runs the India operations and makes every employee suffer. No work from home will be granted even after multiple requests

Worst management which I have never come across, no job security, no hikes, call center is even better than working with this company.Its not a good choice for experienced people.
