Job security. Good Management mainly focuses on their goal to grow organisation with stable and strengthened manpower.

In this company everything which I dislike . No work balance . No salary benefits. Appraisal not on your performance or rules if they want so they give other wise not expected from them. Worst company policies. Monday to Saturday strict timing. I you want to grow in you career then don't join this company other they ruine you future . If you want to sit and no carreer growth then you surely join. In IT department no work unnecessary work pressure bulid up CIO is worst in nature . Don't go I you want creer growth else your choice. Company policies change on there moods.

The Owner of this company abuses employees on floor in public, slaps workers. CFO is bigger politicians and more of a detective. Knowledge of work zero, CFO work only with his goons, not employees. Company produces politics more than products.

Worst culture, biggest political environment, no work only abuses, CFO is always against employees salary and perks.

there is no management, no respect seniors treat their juniors as there servant, not good environment at all specially lady working there at senior post, she shouts disrespect and treat her juniors like nothing.

i worked honestly smartly and hard working also .Chairmen loves me like son but they appoint a new CEO and he said that he is useless due to some enimity with because some days bwfore he works with me .

i worked 23 years and they remove me in a second without any notice . nobody think about my family. company could not understand me in ten years or fifteen years .
