The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global product and has a global client base .As a result , I get to travel abroad, especially to the Japan. During travel completely innovative by technical specifications and new technologies. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Managers do not value an individuals unique strength, which is why i have take back my suggestions most of the times.

Excellent working environment, employee satisfaction and good policies,work freedom and well balanced between personal vs professional life. Work in form of team, Management is supportive and transparent, helpful to live healthy and wealthy life.
Many seniors are not competent according to their position. There is no career path. Managers do not want to see change or encourage employee engagement.
Upper management needs to be firm in their decisions.
Japanese employees needs to involve themselves in decisions more.
