They really work on development. Fast paced and output oriented working, competitive good work environment with excellent work life balance. Nice opportunities and collaboration with different teams.

Firstly they wil tell very big big things about the company and then on approval of so called “Management “ you will be offered 21k salary, no such thing like work life balance it is a service company which offers its services to Oil and gas Midstream company and have the audacity to call themselves an Oil and Gas company. Don’t get confused by office locations mentioned in there website there is only one office situated in a Bungalow in Faridabad. Their so called “Management” will tell you to do all the tasks(even which you don’t want to do) no choice of which career you want to proceed, at some time you will be in one department and suddenly “Management” decides and you will be shifed to another one. You will not be asked to just will he forced to do and even after that their so called Appraisal policy which states only in a fixed month of year increments will be done for that you should complete 8 months if next you need to wait for next year cycle!!! How is this even logical!!!!! And when you decide to leave the company they not let you leavee!!! So much drama, they will force you to stay give you fake legal threats to make you stay and even then will not release exp. letter and resignation acceptance letter. Worst experience, better to be unemployed than to join this company

Everything is good. But yes there is no space for cheater in this company and who don't wish to work and want to time-pass with their career and the company. These are the employees who give bad feedback about the Company.

Company is good But companies some top level employees do dirty politics like as Suresh chintapalli. He is R&D GM but he has no knowledge of any product. He likes only who buttering his. He is also jealous of North Indian people. So don't spoil your career in this company.
