And the notice period for employees is 90days but if the company want to kick you then they inform you before 5 to 10 days And suddenly you will be job less, After your best performance in your field If you performance is bad than you can survive in ADSL.

Very bad, and pathetic management, project manager talks like some political nonsense leader. They never give salary ontime. During this pandamic, they haven't paid any salary to employees, after working also.
