Salary isn't on time, they tells only to fill timesheet on time but salary takes more time to get credit, date for salary is 10th of every month which is too late, culture also not good over there for work

HR Management is very poor. They do not respond over phone.

They have frequently deducted salary without any reason and after that there have a very long procedure to reclaim your deducted amount. There have no any SLA. You to work below level also

1- Bad management. 2- Bad work atmosphere. 3- Bad HR and their fake promises. One should least expect to get salary on time and no Night shift allowance or any other benefits. An employee has to keep chasing with his manager and HR for his salary discrepancies, his own hard earned money.

Salary factor is big concern, Company make salary after2-3 month and who are depend on Salary can’t afford this as having home loan and other expenses.

Request you all to read this. Worst management nobody bothered about to know why employees are leaving. No appraisal or Promotion. If you want to spoil your career then join this company. Manager don't even know how to create roaster, always keep personal grudge against employees. If you don't have option then join this company.
