Dislikes

I really wish they could be more flexible with the timings in India. Unfortunately, due to working with global teams, employees have to work in shift timings, which have to be followed very strictly. Working in shifts can deteriote your health in the long run. Atleast, leaving a little early to go back and log in again should be allowed. This would only boost morale for shift workers and shows that the quality and impact of work is valued as it matters rather than hours clocked in at office. If there would have been a way to provide more flexibility on timings, especially on the days when it is not required to stay back late, it would truly be an amazing place to work.
