I like the way my boss talk and he explained any thing in a easy way and he support me very much.

Dislikes

The main dislike thing in this company I observed who can bring the business they are the king and every one trust them even he said wrong except my boss . I also tell my personal experience, My first manager endoscopy system - he did very wrong with me I'm working in field but in the office he said to every one that I'm not working and he said I'm not giving report to him but actually I'm regularly updating in group and also I'm giving the daily update to my boss also. After this all miss communication my boss change my department from endoscopy to Philips ultrasound system

One individual will have freedom to learn multiple products which helps your career growth and will have friendly nature with all the colleagues including chairman which will be helpful for the company's productivity and yours tooooo. No politics at all.

Dislikes

Travel policies must be improved.
