Teammates are good. Training are not on regularly basis.salary is low as compare to other organisations.appraisal are also low. They can't give your full and final on time after u left job with notice period too.

No job security there. U have to switch for carrier growth. Full and final problem.

They will hire you and fire you within 6 months.worst Lala culture.Lala Gyan don't know how to talk with employees.Gyan will treat you like slave and will humiliate in front of anyone. Others management partners are good.

Only go if there is no option. Learning wise very good as HUL system are there

Alliance India is a good organization. I am working with alliance from last 7 years. It is a second party of Unilever. But I want a change.

We working on alliance india experience so good for example major breakdown attend with team leader. Other topic training provide one by one team engg.for example averness ofsafety circle. 5s training, and other training etc.

Dislikes

This is 2p unit so i want to change .we working in company 8 to 10 hours.we have to attend campany call but some time we attend call late into the night. Machine wise Pm schdule does not match with production team. Etc.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a past of a team. high quality products and has a global client base.
