no such negativity about this company....but carrer growth is very slow...and the work is too boring

...0, at the time of Covid 19 situation, where other MNC companies fired employees. ABSPL didn't fire even a single employee also Provided 100% salary.

...kata. If you are into networking stuff then its a very good place to begin with. Even though the initial salary is poor the work experience is nice enough and relatively less pressure. Alliance has a very big amount of users specially in Kolkata so job security is very good.

The initial joining salary is poor and salary increment is once a year on normal condition which is little demotivating.

Technical team is very helpful but marketing and HRs do not have ethics and also dominate on technical team.

Dislikes

Bad HRs policy and no documentation related with PF and offer letter. Even they will say that they have taken you as temporary but they never provide you experience certificate as usually employees has to work here for 6-7months without experience letter, which is injustice to any employee.

I have joined here as a fresher and till now working here. Since then I have realliazed that once you join to work for the company you perform or not your job is secure

Dislikes

Most dislike part for me whether you are senior or technically sounded.. Persons who are vocal, enjoying the cream all time.
