Also paid salary to field service engineer is very low because company have to appoint a lots of field service engineers due to frequent breakdown due to design and manufacturing defect in products. A field service engineer average working hours are 14 hrs (travel time is extra) per day. A very poorly paid job.

I have worked with AMSL past 2.7 yet as and I have always wanted to leave the company as there is nothing to love about the job. It was suffocating.

Company policy, delay in increment, branch ofc culture is like burra bazaar shop, where some employees are belong from more than 10 yrs and they thought this is their property.also there are so much politics, oiling..discriminization of female employees

If you're telling your seniors for your promotions and increments then you will be treated as you're not good enough they will show you that single mistake you did years ago. 5. Upper management is unstable in policies, they don't know what they are doing, just experiment doing . 6. Job insecurity now a days because management is unstable and blame game is happening.
