I have worked with AMSL past 2.7 yet as and I have always wanted to leave the company as there is nothing to love about the job. It was suffocating.

Compensation is worth, and growth is slow very slow. The work pressure is very high. Worst company to work for.

Compensation and benefits - Company deduct certain amount per month from your salary and give it back without interest saying it is Diwali Bonus. Automatically deduct certain amount from your salary for parallel run NGO. Sales incentives never been paid. If you exit, Forget Earned Leave, Bonus (which was deducted from your salary), Notice period salary and UT cash, as it will be adjusted against so called advance incentive or other terms you were fooled by HR during your induction. 5. Company culture - Its well known name in market and sell product on cheaper rate. If you are in sales, don't worry, company have policy to offer discount as per designation. No technical knowledge required to learn. But be punctual, company cross-check by calling customer everyday whether you visited as per schedule or not. If you have extra ordinary skills, please keep them at home as it will not help you out. Follow & adapt the inside culture, you will be on top. 6. Job security - Follow instruction mentioned at S.No. 1, your job is fully secure and others will be scare from you. 7. Career Growth & Opportunities - Strictly Follow instructions given at S.No. 1 8. Work Satisfaction - Yes in both scenario.

...ering design defect in products which leads you frequent breakdowns in machines. Also paid salary to field service engineer is very low because company have to appoint a lots of field service engineers due to frequent breakdown due to design and manufacturing defect in products. A field service engineer average working hours are 14 hrs (travel time is extra) per day. A very poorly paid job.

Company policy, delay in increment, branch ofc culture is like burra bazaar shop, where some employees are belong from more than 10 yrs and they thought this is their property.also there are so much politics, oiling..discriminization of female employees

...hey are leader in this market in all over India. Particular in X ray &CArm , DR. work Life balance, salary on time, Job security.. Products widely accepted by HCP.

Policies implementation , No skill development, There is no Incentive structure for sales people whatever Management decide all Sales guys have to accepted.

1.Politics 2.No promotions 3. Favoritism. 4. If you're telling your seniors for your promotions and increments then you will be treated as you're not good enough they will show you that single mistake you did years ago. 5. Upper management is unstable in policies, they don't know what they are doing, just experiment doing . 6. Job insecurity now a days because management is unstable and blame game is happening.
