Don't join this organisation no job sefty and no salary hikes and even they don't tell us if project end perorty before notice period.

If they aren't tell us project if end atleast 20days , process project allocation and work balance and not having shift alovance

Money Making company to Allegis not for Employees.

Dislikes

...loying Employees at client locations and not bothering what's happening to them. Either salary or benefits from client. Allegis always checks your project is there for next one year or Client is happy or not. Never ever think of employee in terms of salary and benefits. "N" No of Times sending emails for Time sheet fill up, but they never talk about hikes.Shame to work from TekSystem(Allegis) at Client location.

May be a good company to start career as a fresher without worrying much about employer or salary.

Dislikes

HRs are highly unprofessional. Calls or mails never answered. They are doing a mass headcount business. HR needs basic training on social and professional behavior. Experienced professionals, just stay away from such consultancies.

Almost everything work environment work life balance constant change in the rules No salary hikes or very less percentage pathetic performance measurement process dictator like management

The company has lot of youth crowd, as they mostly target freshers, so there's lot of people you can get along with and not get the feels of you are working in an office setting.

Dislikes

The fixed promotion system, the fixed salary, no appraisals, they hold recognition awards every month but its mostly biased, lack of unprofessionalism from colleagues. (TLs & Managers are professional), no scope of work, just same old work of making calls and sticking onto your desk, there's lot of powerplay from so called tenured ppl in team, all the good opportunities and clients goes for them. And from last year they have started making rules like we are in school
