The company has lot of youth crowd, as they mostly target freshers, so there's lot of people you can get along with and not get the feels of you are working in an office setting.

Dislikes

The fixed promotion system, the fixed salary, no appraisals, they hold recognition awards every month but its mostly biased, lack of unprofessionalism from colleagues. (TLs & Managers are professional), no scope of work, just same old work of making calls and sticking onto your desk, there's lot of powerplay from so called tenured ppl in team, all the good opportunities and clients goes for them. And from last year they have started making rules like we are in school

Over the environment is good for someone who want to come to work and have fun,but if someone is looking for career growth and learning opportunity its not the right place.no room for growth ,you will be stuck in one level.

No growth opportunity,low salary.

One of the best organization to work with especially freshers. The pay is really good and learning is vast. Proper training will be provided to everyone who joins either it be fresher or experience. Good work life balance. They bulid relationship with employees.

Nothing i would say as far i worked in different organization i feel there is no cons here.

You get to interact with a lot of people from US, both recruiters and candidates and you get to help individuals get their dream job. You get to explore the various industries, their hiring methods and tools. Allegis has the most beautiful work stations decorated with toys, postcards and plants, including fish bowls. People working here are always helpful and they do what they can for you to get there.

Dislikes

Growth was a huge concern for many and growth and salary hike depends on your performance and to achieve that monthly target is not quite easy when you have one resume of a candidate viewed by at least 15 recruiters, before you had called. Finding the resume is not difficult, but finding an uncalled candidate is.

When I was working with allegis I learned so many things about recruitment, every month they have some learning activities where we can learn many new things about our work and utilise those in our work. The culture out there is really awesome. Work life is just superb as it says work hard and party harder. One allegis is the tag line which really resembles that which opco you belong it doesnt matter when it comes to unity.

Dislikes

The only thing for which I wanted was the pay which was really less compared to the market price.
