Team leader is partial towards those who please her, they will team up against you and demotivate you in front of whole team and let you that you are mentally ill and not good enough to work. Regularly insulting and giving personal comments. Bcz of all these things people like me have faced anxiety issues

... for junior If you know to play politics your journey will be good in allegis. Less salary more deduction. On paper leave only you can't take leave.

They do offer good package for freshers, but appraisal is something which you cannot expect here, job security is very low, they are forcing people to resign as they have really less clients or projects, this company doesn't appreciate good work.
