...top management only. They are working as kings, no cost burden on their pockets. Salary gap is very high b/w management and executives. Working pressure is too much but only on some employees who can bare. Otherwise others are doing 09:00 to 06:00 job ,like bane rho lul salary pao full. Work life balance is almost zero. No skill development programs. Most of benefits only for top management like family tour,once in a year for them only.

They hire you initially at the time of corona outbreak we joined that was good time salary was on time

Working hours 9 1st and 3rd 5th sat working even after 9 hr Toilet are not clean and ladies toilet on alternate floors Hike of employees depends upon the boss performance and get as per seniority even after you perform well.

The company is wonderful & the macking of good quality of food products. Allana company is meat food packaging company & other food products packaging company e.g. green peas, beans , rice & refineries oil etc food products packaging company are very wonderful company.this company is very high growing in Arab countries.i also like also them employees re hire polices here.

Compensation is decent ,but growth is slow the work pressure is very high.sometims,I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as.i have to attend the account sin the evening and sometimes latein the night.manager do not valve as individuals unique, Strength, Which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the time's.
