...culture and some of the policies of allana group is good like HR policy is good. Also salary is been credited on time and my reporting manage is very helpful and supportive towards my work.

What I dislike is that here it is 6 days working and only 1 week off. There should be atleast one alternate half day office on Saturday.

...23 almost 44 days gone but till jow i have not received the experience letter. Also the bonus amount will be paid in may month. And you know all these after left the job because no any written policy is available for this.

Company is full of politics.HR does not care about employees. No transparency in policy and even general information are not disclosed. After employee leaving the organisation ask for full and final settlement HR team even does not respond and deduct amount as per their will and says this their policy. Damn bull shit experience.

...nt. Management does not respect employees and every day ask to terminate them. Salary hikes are Marginal and no use of hard work. After the last working day no one cares of your full and final settlement and deduct amount as per their choice and says this is their policy and never responds again.

No Growth due to non qualified & less qualified people in top position, one work carried by multiple people, very old culture. Not at all recommended for female employees, Gm, AGM level people are womenisers & highly corrupted people in every dept. Hr policies are hidden & non cooperative colleagues & information is hidden by some employees for their survival
