Nothing much to celebrate other than timely salary.

Dislikes

no work-culture, horrible personnel management, caste and region politics, no innovative products,poor technological platforms.. the bank need an entire reboot.

...tive where one can update his knowledge and clear his doubt whenever he want . Customer Satisfaction is above average ( Compared to other Government sector bank) Which is a good thing Salary is Comparable to Other government bank ( Except SBI , Where one gets Slightly higher salary for same post)

One Gets mastery over certain if one works on that things gets exposure to it gets proper training but to again learn new things one must again get exposure to that works , here we have a problem if one does not gets exposure to higher level of advance or Loans due to posting bias ,

...r and worked in various deptt including branch head of large branches in delhi .salary drawn last is rs 1.00 lacs approx andwork environment is good

While working in very very large branches undersigned has to sit late even coming to the bank on sunday

It not good to work in public sector banks now a days as u will wounder why have they hired u... For marketing or be a recovery agent or anything management wish to do with u. No specific job description and no specified working hour.

No specified job role and working hour even top management will call u on holiday to work with a threat to transfer

I worked there for 14 years as a temporary driver. It was not a permanent job and the income was very low.The environment of the office was very good.

Dislikes

I does not like some people who were the owner's servant.They were treated me very bad.
