Company is good for start up n executive level, u can get extra time to learn,u can learn from different departments

Salary is low n increament is too low,6 days full time work even sometimes on sunday salary got deducted on leave..no extra company benefits.work life balance is not there..too much pressure with low salary

Hardly any thing... Got scope to learn and gain knowledge for each department but simultaneously get extreme pressure to do work because of very short of man power.

Dislikes

Management is not good and Bangalore branch manager is worst, extreme pressure for work, in place of 5 employees they have kept only 2 employees to do the same work, office culture and decorum is worst, etc etc etc long list..

Working environment is good, there is a freedom to work and talk to anyone.

Dislikes

No scope of training, career growth and social life get affected due to poor work-life balance. One most important thing that management doesn't trust his employees and that is the reason that your job is not secure there. There is no powers in hands of seniors (i.e. no decentralisation) to do their own decision, means that if have done any minor mistake in your work, your senior can not ratify himself, he will discuss with CEO or COO and then if they confirm that there is no such big mistake, you can feel yourself free safe. Even some minor approvals, you will have to take from CEO or COO, senior have no role in that case. Seniors just like act as an intermediary between CEO/COO and subbordinates. If you got selected/want to be selected as senior person (like manager level) then you will have no powers do to your own decisions and you got selected/want to be selected as an executive/officer level then please don't expect anything with your senior/manager.

I only like while working in all ways logistic it is big in size and it my first big company. I got the opportunity to have one to one relations with management people. It give lot of confidence.

Dislikes

Surrounding is not good.there is no team work.they will not discourage u.
