Working environment is good, there is a freedom to work and talk to anyone.

No scope of training, career growth and social life get affected due to poor work-life balance. One most important thing that management doesn't trust his employees and that is the reason that your job is not secure there. There is no powers in hands of seniors (i.e. no decentralisation) to do their own decision, means that if have done any minor mistake in your work, your senior can not ratify himself, he will discuss with CEO or COO and then if they confirm that there is no such big mistake, you can feel yourself free safe. Even some minor approvals, you will have to take from CEO or COO, senior have no role in that case. Seniors just like act as an intermediary between CEO/COO and subbordinates. If you got selected/want to be selected as senior person (like manager level) then you will have no powers do to your own decisions and you got selected/want to be selected as an executive/officer level then please don't expect anything with your senior/manager....Read More

Working life is good, teammates and coleagues are great but there is no social life, because there is a lot of unnecessary work pressure on employees. Timing is fixed to enter into the company but not applicable for the end of the day.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

They have not supported us at all, have laid off to many employes & who is still working with them is on 50% of their salary.
