Everything is totally unsatisfactory. When they don't considered my hard effort for more than 2 years and thrown me out just like anything, then why should I speak good about them.

Most higher officers lack even basic knowledge about the department's work they oversee. Instead, they rely heavily on the DEOs. They sign files without thoroughly reviewing them, and if mistakes are discovered later, the blame is unfairly shifted to the DEO.
