Work culture is good. Lot of things to study and gain skills and knowledge. Manager are cooperative

Unhelpful Hr team, very disappointed answer,also after resign stop giving salary up to full n filnal. If you ready to pay basic then also they didn't care they gives your settlement after 5 to six month and that to much ,any other company dont wait for that much time, Other options if you complete notice period then also you didn't get your relieving latter because its prepared by HO office,and there is no one care about employees. I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
