Compensation is worst . No incentives, No growth in carrier. Work Pressure is high with lot of activities to be taken care simultaneously. No Proper increments

Total worst. Older employee is doing politics against the new joinee. For sales they are not accept the new idea. If people make the carrier in sales in this company strongly recommend not to join. Otherwise you spoil your carrer and specially if your boss is jamshedpur plant head then you are in totally wrong hand.

My self Satyabrata Mohanty,i worked in my company a Admin Executive post, Example- 1.Taking care of employees. 2.Manpower controlling. 3.Daily taking report of PPES for our all Executives and Workers. 4.Daily preparing reports for factory all permits. Example-Hight work permits Cold work permits, Hot work permits. >Preparing Tool Box meeting at company weekly ones. > Daily checking Roll Call with our Securities at shift changing timing. Etc

The current job i got is due to my experiences i learnt in my previous firm. However difficult & challenging it was there it made me a stronger & better employee. The scope to explore & learn is huge. Being a medium scale company you get to know overall flow of business.

Dislikes

The work atmosphere is full of unwanted distractions.Appreciations is difficult as all the seniors are submerged in their own issues.
