...ssure of target and you are treated very badly by both stockists and management. You have to give the adjustment to the stockists that can even culminate your salary. It is only good if you are unable to win the bread and you are unemployed. You have no any career choice no any opportunity.

...e and just pressurise you to do malpractices for the sake of their incentives. Even if you don't achieve your targets for just one month they threat you of holding your salary and expenses.

This is a big name in India and you get easily accepted by the customers, they also take care of their employee if not the best then definitely better than many other indian house.

the compensation benefits and working comfort is little compromised. the mid year KRA was done but it went without working out to be real feedback system,
