...ammates are supportive but the management sucks even the boss does not supports. Company policies is good, appraisals are fair like average and the salary hike is pretty good and bonus is about 10-12% don't know if it is good or average.

There is definitely politics and management doesn't give shit about issue till they didn't have to face them.on job training is not given to new joinees.

Work life is balanced , plants works in 3 shift, salary on time before completion of the months, Leaves credited in to the account at the time of joining on pro rata basis, mediclaim is free for employee his spouse and 2 dependent, if you ask for relocation amount and fnf amount with HR, THEY PROVIDED ,job is secured if you are not doing any DI Violation.

Deduction of gratuity amount from CTC but only Get after completion of 5 year.

Ranking of company On time salary Incentive and allowance Some policies like health insurance Shagun policies etc.

HR has no domination. Management dose the dictatorship with employees No job sequrity for those who wants to stay with alkem.

Canteen:- facility is unhygienic and poor Manpower managements: Is poor Work related :- JD provided during interview is okay but they were change after joining and forcing to do task not related to my JD Salary Payment:- come on time but the claim we have to do will come after many follow up , like we are come here to do work or follow-ups. Team:- Team members have not even talk in a month if a person is looking plant individually Politics:- Is extremely on it’s peak with sweet poison

Salary should be paid on time, every work should be done as per the system, every work should be transparent even at the stockist level

...e ME has resigned from the company then why did he do so without further notice. ZBM also does not pay attention to what the actual problem of ME is and considers the report of DSM as the final report.
