Work life is balanced , plants works in 3 shift, salary on time before completion of the months, Leaves credited in to the account at the time of joining on pro rata basis, mediclaim is free for employee his spouse and 2 dependent, if you ask for relocation amount and fnf amount with HR, THEY PROVIDED ,job is secured if you are not doing any DI Violation.

Canteen:- facility is unhygienic and poor Manpower managements: Is poor Work related :- JD provided during interview is okay but they were change after joining and forcing to do task not related to my JD Salary Payment:- come on time but the claim we have to do will come after many follow up , like we are come here to do work or follow-ups. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
