If i telling about the company. it's was very well. Job timing was very good .and the salary system was very good. Salary come on the 1st of the month.

Dislikes

There are nothing to dislike. sometimes we gives our 1, 2 , hour extra time to handle all programs.

I am working here as a store manager from last year. I feel better then other companies. I feel like working own store. All operation team is very spotted.

Dislikes

It is a small formet retail, in a very small population space here. We cannot play here with extra efforts. Like a big display .only here four manpower for spot.

As an indivusual my all team mates & colleages are so good but one thing i would like to share is u are good then only rest of wourld will be good for you.

I am an old employee of the company so i got many transfer of duties in within the organisation. I worked like my own company but i did't get that much of appraised.

Inexperienced management team who knows nothing about the business and not able to manage a team finally company is shut down and entire team is unemployed

Dislikes

Senior management team specially the attitude of company owner...who always treat their employee very rudely.
