As i was in goa it was all good with me the kitchen department was good. Some of the chefs were really good

The staff was hactic specially F&B department. The learning manager was literally partial towards her employees as they don't care about there employees

Too much stress n not productive at all.. Most of staff are celebrating 5years work anniversary... They do not want to change at all... If you bring up anything new, they will oppose

If I get the chance to work with Alila Diwa Goa I will happily join again. Alila Diwa Goa Resorts culture is very nice. All staff and management is very friendly. And about my department Manager I have no words to speak about her. She is very kind, so understandable and world class knowledgeble.
