Quires or requests submitted to HR typically take 5-6 months to get a response which is slower than what one might experience at a govt office 4. Work-Life balance: Work-life balance varies depending on the project, but often employees are expected to work on weekend due to poor project management. Deadlines are frequently miscommunicated to client, and the burden of last minute adjustments consistently falls on the team, leading to frequent demands for the team to stretch their working hours, often late night past midnight and as early as before 5 am, on nearly every project if you are seeking to work with a technical proficient team, this may not be the right place.
