I have even observe individuals being given lead role despite lacking the ability to write code independently or manage a small team effectively. when such issues are raised , management tends to dismiss the concern without addressing them. 2. Favoritism: Favoritism is prevalent. unless you are in someone's good books then only your contributions often got noticed and your presence is largely disregarded 3. HR Responsiveness: The attitude of the HR department leaves much to be desired. Quires or requests submitted to HR typically take 5-6 months to get a response which is slower than what one might experience at a govt office 4. Work-Life balance: Work-life balance varies depending on the project, but often employees are expected to work on weekend due to poor project management. Deadlines are frequently miscommunicated to client, and the burden of last minute adjustments consistently falls on the team, leading to frequent demands for the team to stretch their working hours, often late night past midnight and as early as before 5 am, on nearly every project if you are seeking to work with a technical proficient team, this may not be the right place. The individuals in lead positions often lack the necessary expertise to effectively mentor others.
