HR management in Bangalore location is worst. They keep snacks as parle G biscuits and the HR in Bangalore location is of no use. Donno proper English and how to convey what she wants to convey and she joined just by inside politics.

The assistant manager will act like managers in Dell projects. The Bangalore location Dell project banglore lead and the assistant manager from Pune who navigate Bangalore team **** are useless and pointless while taking decisions.No growth no job security and No perks.

It was good but I think company could have cared a bit more about the employees there was too much stress on the project I was working... Night shift is a regular thing here they say they will change the shift but they never do I was in night for almost 7 months and then they changed it to 4pm-1am for 2 months which was you know for name sake and brought me back to night again...

Laterals should avoid joining. They do not give proper treatment to the experienced resources. Resists joining of you are planning to join Data science Team. The director of Data science team is so dump but pretends to be master in all.

Work life balance is great, office location is perfect for people living in Pune.

Company's focus is only on expanding into IT domain, management is not looking at increasing client base into operations and supply chain. Management also need to look at employees skill development else no doubt that attrition rate will increase.
