Worst mid-management ever seen. More of politics than a pure work in recent times. Most of the deadlines are driven by marketing team instead of a technical team.

...ually. No onsite opportunity there is no policy for traveling @ Align Hyderabad. Moderate Salary structure, 10-12% hike, you need to pay for parental insurance. Limited budgets.

Work balance is very good,My both managers are very good and supporting so that's why I am still working with same company since 2020.

...In North team 2 people are very mean. I never see before that in office culture. They are treated contract employees like they give salary from them self.

Absolutely nothing. Low grade company and low grade leadership. VP, Directors, and HR India Manager don't know how corporate works.

Dislikes

Almost everything. You will be harrassed and insulted every now and then. No work life balance. 3 jokers ( Directors) managing 3 sites in India. Who never worked in proper MNC's. HR is way political. Few employees left in Mumbai because of her harassment. Hyderabad director busy impressing global leader. Bangalore R&D site leader is not at all professional. He only know how to blabber and crack silly jokes all the time. Who hired all these leaders that's a big question.
