I really enjoy working with Alignbooks because it offers a great balance of challenges and growth oppotunity, I find its a good place of Learning and great oppotunity for Interns and fresher candidate.

Dislikes

I dont find Dislike, but yes there should be 1 WFH should provide in a month.

Align offers a good working environment. Friendly culture and a lot of learnings if one is willing to take it. Job security is good enough. Rest worklife balance is good.

Dislikes

The only bad point about the place is that the management does not know anything about employee retention, fringe benefits , honest communication or increments and growth.
