Salary is less. And the promotions are done based in ijps which is not effective depends on the luck and influence with the leads gets in the ijp. Less Salary and no career growth

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US and Canada. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client’s location. Mine is a US based client and they have some offices in Toronto, hence I got a B1 visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes

...mbers are working in technology side like Java, .Net, etc), full of manual work. no scope for coding, also salary is not up to the standard but the same time we cant say that salary is worst.

Company provides a good work life balance. You can manage your work on you own. Management is very supportive

Overall a good company to work with. Only thing which is less motivating is the compensation and yearly hikes.

This is the worst company ever, don't even think of getting interviewed, hr department is full of liars and non-reliable A-holes, i would specially like to mention Ankita Sunil kumar, I don't who smoked what before appoiting her as an hr/salary negotiator, she is highly unprofessional probably illiterate, wasted ao much time of mine and a few of referrals in the company, the company representatives are so ill mannered and unprofessional that they will claim that they can provide you a certain amount as a payout but when the final decsions has to be taken they loe to you again and just to maintain their "parity" they will reject your candidature saying they now can offer a lakh less from what they initially confirmed and accepted you for, but would not have enough guts to convey that over call or email, wated so much time and energy with this sh**-bags, refrain from going there
