Poor management , franchise owners are like horrible , not giving proper salary , always giving to unwanted extra work , owners will tell you to buy cigarettes, food et etc

... an artistic enterprise function in this manner. Even the artists are yelled at. Even if the customers are happy with the tattoo, the artist is suspended without pay to "practice" if the founder doesn't approve of it. After I left, the inexperienced marketing manager bad mouthed me to other employees saying that I was a "rich spoilt brat". If you just come in and do your job and leave, that also is not enough, you're supposed to stay late and do more. It is hands down my worst experience at a company. I have never written a review before but this time it felt necessary. The key problem is a lack of education, culture and etiquette, both personally and professionally.

Oh where do I began, the management is poor, people there don't know how to talk, the production floor is pathetic. Marketing head has ego issues, she is impolite and doesn't answer your questions and she has attitude. The cluster manager is useless and biased with two people on floor. People steal your leads after you closing sale. No protection to your systems, anyone can access your PCs. You won't get holidays, even national holidays. The management is so toxic that they approach your colleagues to get personal information of you without contacting you. VP of the aliens is rude, arrogant and doesn't know how to talk. He yells unnecessarily, he just bluffs about a lot of things. Multiple lies and misleading their employees. No parking space provided by the company which may lead your two wheeler to be towed. No cafeteria or space to eat your lunch. No resting area if you're not well. The spread the rumour about you on floor of you disagree with any of their points. The way VP stares at girls is very uncomfortable.

The entrie team is really cooperative, the atmosphere is also good overall had great experience working with 👽

Dislikes

There is actually nothing to dislike, it was my personal decision to quit, it has a great work atmosphere vibe!
