The only positive aspect of this company is the people you work with, who are really helpful and nice.

Dislikes

The company does not have anything special to offer career-wise, they hire and fire, compensation is below par, and pay structure is highly deceptive as they keep changing the incentive criteria frequently. Do not join this company as there is nothing concrete to learn here. The PTM Isabelle lacks the spine to stand up for her own team members and doesn't show an ounce of remorse while firing her own team members.

Nothing much to like except the fact that you might improve your communication skills in english language and hybrid work model

Dislikes

poor company ethics, zero employee value, keep hiring and firing all through the year. No career progression, a sinking ship to say the least. better to wait for a while and take up a good opportunity elsewhere.
