The management is very biased. Indian staff is not a part of the decision making, even if they are at higher positions. The strategies change almost every month which makes the job really challenging.

Learning new things about international platform. Very comfortable team to work with . Very good manager , he will teach all the basic things in work . They will guide you in a good way The way taking care of staffs is unique Peaceful place to work. Very good platform to expose your talent.

That is a nice experience I have worked there. That job is to help me to develop my consulting skills and facing customers. Then I have developed my knowledge in tradings and tackle difficult situations.

Overall experience is excellent as i came to know about market very closely, business ethics the stratergic planning and working environment is good teammates are very cooperative and career growth is higher as you perform and achieve your targets and timely basis.

Dislikes

Compensation is good based on performance of particular employee, difficult to work in open market is a challenge for me daily have to interact with person to person and door to door.
