There is no salary increments There is increments in request of employee after the through sending many request mails and not responding on time..we have to give constant reminders through mails as well as through calls ...

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the company and my co-workers.They are come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here. So am very happy to be an member of growing multinational company and also this is my first job.

Dislikes

Compensation is one of the major drawback in here. Some times work pressure is very high.
