Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

AU company is one of the best company to gain knowledge in Security systems like CCTV and Burglary alarm systems, Especially in Saudi arabia, and the management is good with Every employee, As a Employee I received salary every month on time, Moreover the company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. Also the company giving proper training to every employee before they start to work in the field.
