No Good Salary Hikes for QA Job security was good before no one ask to resign in bench period. Company is now Integrated with FROM , so now it stars declining Job security. No QA Automation Projects Slow Growth

WLB Depends on the project you'll get. Mine is not so good as mostly old guys left the project and workload is high and No Proper Knowledge Transfer is there. and Little bit of micro management from high level people like TL and all which makes things difficult at the time.

The work culture is really amazing, people are given flexibility to switch the work as per their comfort. These days people have been given option to work from home or office as per their comfort.

...ost of the part every thing is good. But the notice period policy is very bad. If the 3 months long notice period wasn't bad enough, there is no pay for whole 3 months. You receive the full and final settlement 45 days after the notice period has completed.

It's been almost a year since I'm working here, other than few team members there is nothing to like.

- work life balance is terrible (depends from manager to manager) - no compensation or benifits other than your salary - HRs & their policies are pathetic - If you are serving NP, then you are companies enemy. Manager will poke you and keep track of your every tasks. HRs won't respond to you in NP
