I really tried but couldn't think of anything and that is such a shame for this company.

Well, right from ruining people's careers to micro-management, there are several things that are definitely big red flags for any employee. 1. Micro-management: Your team manager will ask you to be online on Slack every minute. If you guys are so insecure why don't you work from office instead. 2. No Clear Communication: You will be asked to do something and then you would be told that something else was expected. This will keep happening. You will be scolded in team meetings as if you're their paid servant. 3. They don't know what they're doing. They are experimenting with everything and in the process they are doing it with people's careers too.

If you're keen to learn new things, then this is the right most place for you. I always wanted to learn data engineer and when i joined the company I was a fresher but now I have the pace of 2 year experienced guy in not only one year. With my curiosity to learn new things, I got the chance of working on 4 different techniques all out. So, totally a company where you get to learn and work a lot and can build your base very strong.

Dislikes

Not so frequent events or team gatherings. No work life balance but it depends from person to person.

There is nothing you can possibly like about this company

Dislikes

They don't get many projects directly. They only play with people's careers. They are frauds. They make you work on projects for a little while and then fire you when it's over. The work culture is of micromanagement and they will expect you to work 24x7. If you want to ruin your mental peace and spoil your career join this company. The people in management are NOT COMPETENT at all.

Job security, culture, management, company policies are the reasons this place is one the best place to work.

Permanent work from home is the reason to dislike one pointer or else every other this so good so far. Even WFH here is fun.

Don't join they will destroy your career specially companies project manager Tarun Saini. The guy is a politician who will put you under the bus to save himself.

Dislikes in this company is the hiring and firing of the employees like they are nothing. If you are looking for a job with job security mark my words don't wish to join. They will kick you out of the office anytime they want. And also they don't have any project they work in outsourcing.
